Ghanaian artist manager cum singer Gideon Jesse Brown, widely known as Ogidi Brown has uttered that the Ghana music industry has become like Kumawood.
According to the musician, songs that are newly released fade away after three days and they doesn’t care if it was released by a top artiste.
He continued that, everyone gets the chance to become a musician and that is why songs don’t last long after being released.
Ogidi Brown indicated that the songs that are being made today don’t make any sense and it has affected the good songs as well.
He added that there are some songs that get back on their feet after fading out for a while and those songs last forever so it is up to the artistes to decide whether they are going to make songs that will last long or fade away in three days.
