Charles Nii Armah Mensah with stage name Shatta Wale has two options, either to spend five years in jail or pay an amount of GH¢36,000 for disturbing and causing fear and panic
Recently Shatta Movement’s boss and his personal assistant gave false news about himself that he has been gunned down on Monday, October 18.
What provoked Ghanaians is that Shatta wale came out to inform Ghanaians that it was a joke and the police also didn’t take it as a joke so they locked him up.
The most interesting part is that Shatta wale is likely to appear to court today and according to Ghanaian lawyer Maurice Ampaw, Shatta is likely to be struck with two options.
Either he pays a massive amount of GH¢ 36,000 or to go into prison for five years.
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw disclosed this on Hitz FM in an interview with Andy Dosty who always hosts the DayBreak Hitz program on Wednesday, October 20
