Rev. Owusu Bempah Denied Bail After Pleading Not Guilty To Charges Leveled Against Him

Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, the founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International has been denied bail and remanded in police custody by an Accra circuit court.

The Accra Regional Command of Ghana Police serves dragged the man of God to court after he was arrested on Sunday, September 12th.

The police arrested him and three other junior pastors of his church for brandishing weapons and assaulting police officers when he stormed Nana Agradaa’s house.

Recently, a video popped online displaying the man of God and his men puting weapons on display at the house of Patricia Asiedu, known as Nana Agradaa.

The tussle between the man of God’s gang and police left an officer seriously injured and later it was reported that those involved who got injuries were responding to treatment.

After Rev. Owusu Bempah appeared before the court he pleaded not guilty about the charges leveled against him and also requested bail.

Sadly, he was denied bail by her Honour Afia Owusuwaa Appiah and remanded into police custody to appear before the court again on Monday, September 20th.
