New Twist: Kidnapped Woman In Takoradi Was Not Pregnant

A new report shows that the kidnapping story of 9-months -an old pregnant woman who went missing for some days in Takoradi, identified as Josephine Payin Mensah.

It appears that the found pregnant woman who was purportedly kidnapped weeks ago was not pregnant.

This shocking news was revealed by the Western Regional Minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah during a phone interview with Omanhene Yaw Adu Boakye on Kessben ‘Maakye’ show.

The minister disclosed that the medical officer who examined the found pregnant woman said she was never pregnant as she claimed.

Hon. Kwabena Okyere emphasized that the initial report from BNI shows that the story was fake, all her missing story was masterminded.

Preliminary investigations indicate the story was a fabrication. They suspect that this whole story was fake and that the medical officer who examined her said she’s not pregnant and has never been pregnant…” The minister explained.

The new report has caused a lot of people to ask questions. The missing woman but found said she went missing the day she delivered and was kidnapped.

Another information from her husband says his wife was pregnant when she was kidnapped in an interview this morning on Connect FM.

According to Michael Simon,s the pregnant woman’s husband said they have recorded at Takoradi hospital that shows that indeed Josephine was nine months pregnant.

He was hurt by the words of the regional Ministry, which got him crying at the same time claiming the National Security should have done a proper cross-check before spreading out their information.
