Multiple Award-winning record producer Edward Nana Poku Osei, popularly known as Da’ Hammer has informed musicians in Ghana to look for another way to generate money aside from their music career.
Da’ Hammer voiced out that, musicians in Ghana should find another way of making money apart from their music.
Da’ Hammer was interviewed on Showbiz and he disclosed that musicians cannot depend only on the money they make from their streams, concerts, and record deals.
He said, “Let’s expand the avenues of revenues. Let’s get these entrepreneurs involved and let the artistes realise that so far as they can sell music they can sell any product”
The record producer indicated that musicians must also take good care a out their income and also make plans toward their future.
He indicated, “They are commodities themselves. The reason why people come to them to get them to endorse their products is because they have a voice. If you have a voice you can have your own product. ‘Master P’ just released his bread in Atlanta (US) and it is selling like crazy. I also sell bread,”
