Ghanaian businessman cum co-founder of UT Bank which collapsed in 2017, Captain Prince Kofi Amoabeng(Rtd) has revealed that Ghana’s Finance Minister, Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta requested a loan from UT Bank
According to Captain Prince, Ken Ofori-Atta requested a loan from UT bank before the bank collapsed and he wasn’t a minister at that time
He was interviewed on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ with Kwame Sefa Kayi which he voiced out that, “I don’t lie or you think they will say it’s untrue. It’s not just about me. I wasn’t personally giving out the loans. I had a system and a structure and institution that granted the loans, so my entire staff was aware. So, it wasn’t a situation of I took him to a room like it was done secretly. No! This is a UT Financial Services issue”.
Captain Prince Kofi Amoabeng has also Revealed that he has authored a new powerful book with the title “THE UT STORY” which has a lot of explanations about the success of his company
