Group calls on gov’t to ban Wendy Shay’s “Heat” song

Some people in Ghana are calling on the government to put a stop to the song “heat” released by Ghanaian Afropop and Afrobeats singer, wendy Asiamah Addo know by the stage name Wendy Shay.

This report was in Publisher Newspaper dated Wednesday, September 29th, 2021 by a publication.

Recently wendy Asiamah Addo famously known as Wendy shay has released her new song with the title “heat” and some Ghanaians don’t understand why she should use such lyrics in her song.

According to peoples, the lyrics in the song is full of insult to most important peoples who server the country like, Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere, Abena Akorkor, and NPP’s John Boadu.

In wendy shay’s song, she said, the source of the fame and money of Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere, and Abena Korkor is sleeping with the rich men.

In the same song, she said that the people in Ghana are sulfuring on what to eat and as a result, they engage in unlawful activities just to earn money to provide and feed their family.

So some Ghanaians are calling on the government to disallow the song because the lyrics in it are not good and it shows an embarrassment for the country and people who live in it.
