Ghanaians React To new levy On Electronic Transactions

The budget presented by the Finance minister Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta has bowled over Ghanaians especially levy on electronic transactions

The Finance minister released that, a levy will be placed on electronic transactions which it will be charged 1.75%

Ghanaians are shocked because the levy is too much which means, when you send GHC 1,000 then the government will charge GH¢ 17.50 and GH¢ 10 as transaction fees so you end up paying CHC 27. 50 as your charge fee all together

Some social media users have reacted to the budget  about how it’s going to have bad implications on them
