Ghanaian woman confesses she has been to prison 4 times but can’t stop stealing

A 30-year-old Ghanaian woman admitted that despite spending four years in prison and making every attempt to stop stealing, she was unable to do so.

During an interview with the Crime Check team, she revealed that her father had multiple children from several relationships and was unable to care for them, forcing her to steal at an early age.

She remembered her first stint in prison when she was sentenced to two years in prison for stealing clothes.
Following her release, the mother of one said that she was forced to resort to stealing due to financial difficulties.

This time, she was sentenced to nine months in prison for robbing a boutique of five wigs.
Regrettably, she admitted to the Crime Check team that she had made repeated unsuccessful attempts to stop stealing.
