Ghana Airports Company speaks on the alleged bomb attack at Kotoka International Airport

The management of Ghana Airports has released a press confirming that on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, a bag was sighted at the arrival of an airplane at Kotoka International Airport.
The officials immediately called the Base Ammunition Depot Unit of the Ghana Armed Forces.
After the arrival of the Ghana Armed Forces, they conduct a preliminary assessment of the bag and its content.
According to the press release on 29, December 2021, the bag has been taken away for further investigations and the outcome will be made publicly known.
The management of GACL continued in extending its apology for the disruption in the arrival facilitation process.
