The industry according to many, needs saving; and that’s exactly what the creatives have put upon themselves to survive it.

Earlier this week, Ebenezer Dwomoh, a Ghanaian stand-up comedian, 28, also an architect and an almost full-time podcaster, won a space in the United Kingdom’s well-known magazine ‘GUAP’. This according to the general public is one of a kind gesture and a golden move to promote his gift. A young man who’s blessed with such great talent uses all sorts of means to broadcast and explore his God-given gift to the people both in and outside Ghana.

According to a ‘write-up Q&A’ session with the magazine, Ebenezer Dwomoh explained his ordeal of the comedy journey. According to him, comedy was a seed planted deep within him which after architecture school, decided to chase his dream by blending comedy and architecture.

The result was tremendously fruitful. According to him the love and support from the public “has been amazing so far so I have selfishly decided to pursue both for now. It’s no bed of roses but what’s life without challenges?”.

Currently, Ebenezer Dwomoh has been billed to perform at Papa Yaw’s Comedy Classic together with OB Amponsah, Jerry Ashinyo, MJ The Comedian, and Ken De Comic which is coming on 30th October 2021.
