The vice president of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahammadu Bawumia has jumped to the aide of ace Ghanaian actor, Psalm Ajeteyfio, better known as TT.
A video popped up online as the veteran actor called on Ghanaians to support him as he’s now suffering and currently looking for money to pay the rent of his landlord.
The video went viral as many people decided to support him and Stonebwoy’s ardent fan, Ayisha Modi also made the news headlines after coming through that she’ll support.
Well, the Veep, Dr. Bawumia whose mother passed on to eternity in the morning has however overtaken those who promised the veteran actor to offer his assistance to clear poverty out of the actor’s life.
The ace actor was seeking for 3,000Ghc to pay for his rent but the vice president has given him an amount of 30,000ghc.

A social media user known as Lawyer Kwabena Asante took to Facebook to revealed that the vice president reached out to pay 30,000ghc for the rent and 20,000ghc to sustain him.

“Despite mourning his mum who died in the early hours of today. Dr Bawumia this morning fulfilled a promise he made yesterday to TT of Taxi Driver fame that he will foot TT’s rent bills. Dr Bawumia has paid 6 months renewable for the next 5 years (30k) for TT and has also given TT 20k for upkeep. In all, he gave TT 50k this morning.”
Others who have pledged to support the veteran actor include Ayisha Modi, whose offer was to house Psalm for as long as he lived. As of this time, we do not know if she has been able to redeem her pledge.”
