The Circuit Court has requested the Prosecution to give up Shatta Wale’s cellphones.
The request was given by a court-managed by Justice Emmanuel Essandoh on Tuesday, November 9, after his legal counselor, Jerry Avenorgbo, requested that the court request the arraignment to deliver the telephones to him.
The preliminary adjudicator decided that “not the safeguards must help the arraignment in presenting their defense.”
“All things considered,” the court says, “the blamed is assumed honest until demonstrated in any case.”
Shatta is dealing with indictments of bogus news distribution after purportedly organizing a phony weapon assault on the honor-winning artist’s life on Monday, October 18.
The instance of Shatta Wale’s other artist associate, Samuel Frimpong, otherwise called Medikal, has been delayed until December 7.
Medikal was secured by Ghana Police Service officials from the Accra Regional Command for purportedly wielding a firearm via online media.
