Akuapem poloo set free from her 90 days jail term by court of appeal

Ghanaian actress Rosemond Brown, widely known as Akuapem Poloo has been released by the court of appeal after her sentence to continue her 90 jail term
According to reports, the court ruling on Akuapem Poloo’s 90 days jail term has been overturned and replaced with a fine.
Recall, Akuapem Poloo was bounced back in prison to continue her 90 days jail term after her appeal was dismissed by the court.
The actress was charged with the publication of a nud£ photo involving her seven-year-old son during his son’s birthday.
She was sentenced to continue her 90 days jail term by Accra High Court on April 16th.
The Court stated that the 90 days jail sentence imposed on her was disproportionate or punitive so the jail sentence has been overturned and replaced with a fine.
